Wantirna Wellness Centre is a holistic health & wellness centre located in Wantirna, Victoria and provides a safe, nurturing environment to help you relax and tune into your body’s needs and requirements.
Our motto at Wantirna Wellness Centre is ‘allow yourself to just be’ – it is in being present that you are able to block out the rest of the ‘noise’ around you and pay special attention to yourself. Your health needs could take on a variety on forms – mind, body and/or spirit. Some of us just need time out, others need help with specific health concerns.
The idea behind Wantirna Wellness Centre is that each of us is on our own health and wellness journey – that encompasses our bodies, our lifestyles, our relationships, our working life, our environment etc.
There is no one ‘health and wellness’ solution for everybody – but that’s part of the adventure of finding what works for you.

You will feel energized, positive and supported. Name one thing that you would recommend to people on their own health journey: Above all else, I would recommend getting to know yourself intimately. Pay attention to the sensations you have in your body, the thoughts that travel through your mind, what you are drawn to, what repels you. Begin to develop your own unique compass to guide you toward a life you love. My second recommendation is to ask for help and seek professional support when needed. Please don’t go it alone. She also conducts courses at various Neighbourhood Houses and Community Centres on variety of health topics. Marita has volunteered her time at Peter MacCallum hospital in the Chemotherapy Department by offering Hand Reflexology sessions for relaxation prior to patient treatment. She also provides a nurturing environment, using Relaxation Music & therapeutic blends of Aromatherapy to calm carers and patients. Marita is a member of the Reflexology Association of Australia (RAoA) and has developed many courses and workshops based on Reflexology and Reiki in Victoria. She is also a member of the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA). Marita also has a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and conducts seminars for small businesses.
