Wantirna Wellness Centre is a holistic health & wellness centre located in Wantirna, Victoria and provides a safe, nurturing environment to help you relax and tune into your body’s needs and requirements.
Our motto at Wantirna Wellness Centre is ‘allow yourself to just be’ – it is in being present that you are able to block out the rest of the ‘noise’ around you and pay special attention to yourself. Your health needs could take on a variety on forms – mind, body and/or spirit. Some of us just need time out, others need help with specific health concerns.
The idea behind Wantirna Wellness Centre is that each of us is on our own health and wellness journey – that encompasses our bodies, our lifestyles, our relationships, our working life, our environment etc.
There is no one ‘health and wellness’ solution for everybody – but that’s part of the adventure of finding what works for you.
The practitioners at our Centre offer a variety of services so that you can find what works for you. You can find out more about the services we offer here.
Each member of our team brings something fresh and inspiring to Wantirna Wellness Centre. Feel free to get in contact with each of our practitioners to chat about how they can help you on your health and wellbeing journey.

KAREN MAIN - Life Coach
- Greater levels of self-awareness
- A clear sense of purpose
- Increased confidence and recognition of your strengths
- A future focus with fresh perspectives
- A renewed desire to create a satisfying life
You will feel energized, positive and supported. Name one thing that you would recommend to people on their own health journey: Above all else, I would recommend getting to know yourself intimately. Pay attention to the sensations you have in your body, the thoughts that travel through your mind, what you are drawn to, what repels you. Begin to develop your own unique compass to guide you toward a life you love. My second recommendation is to ask for help and seek professional support when needed. Please don’t go it alone. What does ‘wellness’ mean to you? Wellness is intentionally making choices and taking actions to feel HOW YOU WANT TO FEEL physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is having the energy to do what you want to do and the focused attention to enjoy the moment while you do it. ANDREW FOSTER - Meditation for Life Teacher
CHRISTINE COOPER - Medium & Reiki Practitioner
MARITA REYNOLDS - Chi Reflexologist, Reiki Master & Meditation for Life Teacher
- Relaxation – this helps their bodies to naturally heal because it is in a state of ‘ease’ rather than ‘dis-ease’
- Giving them permission to take ‘time out’ for themselves & ‘allowing them to just be’ – this helps individuals retrain themselves in being self compassionate, and I believe this to be a very important aspect of health, healing & wellbeing.
Name one thing that you would recommend to people on their own health journey: Retrain yourself to let go of the western paradigm of being ‘on the go’ all the time. Allow yourself to’ just be’ – achieve more than you ever have before & still have time to do everything that is important to you. What does ‘wellness’ mean to you? Feeling calm and relaxed, allowing my body to function & heal naturally. Giving my body permission to work as it is meant to. Having the energy to do all that I am passionate about and sharing that with others.
